What you'll need to do:
1) Call Stuart Lippman and Associates and discuss the roll up debt. Fill out and return the attached Debt Placement Form & Recovery Contract to Steve Sacks (steve.sacks@stuartlippman.com).
2) Include commission statements and any other evidence you have regarding the validity of the debt in your email to Steve.
3) Notify us (agentsupport@familyfirstlife.com) when you submit new accounts to HF Holdings. We will submit the agent's contract(s) on your behalf.

HF Holdings Collections Agency Form

1) Fill out and return the attached intake form to Jose De La Rosa (jose@hfholdingsinc.com). You MUST input your FFL Brand name, your LLC name, or your individual name in the Company Name field. Forms claiming to be submitted from Family First Life LLC/ Family First Life Corporate will not be accepted. If you have any questions about the form please let us or HF Holdings know. You only need to submit this form once. Additional accounts can be submitted much more easily through their online portal.
2) Include commission statements and any other "evidence" you have regarding the validity of the debt in your email to Jose.
3) Notify us (FFL Agent Support) when you submit new accounts to HF Holdings. We will submit the agent's contract(s) on your behalf.

Large Claims Civil Court (over $15,000)
Filing Legal Action
NOTE: Investigate potential illegal and fraudulent business. If a crime has been committed, agent may be arrested.
1) Acquire copy of all carrier contracts from FFL Corporate.
2) Gather proof of payments if applicable.
3) Confirm exact debt amount owed.
4) Send a demand letter
4) File a legal small claims "complaint" with the agent's local courthouse for a typical fee of around $50 - $100.
5) Send notice to debtor of lawsuit via mail.
6) Show up to the assigned court date and judge will make a ruling (always in your favor). A judgment will be awarded.
7) Acquire Writ of Execution to allow the Sheriff's office to enforce judgment including wage garnishment, levy on assets and bank accounts.
8) Successfully collect full amount of debt owed.
Negative collections is reported on credit.
Debt remains collectible forever.
